Recently, I received an automated DOD SAFE email. The email contained DOD SAFE Instructions and the titles of several files and documents. It was sent at 8:35 a.m. Eastern Time. I opened the email and read the instructions. Then, I realized I had no idea what the instructions meant.
DoD SAFE Helpline
The DoD Safe Helpline is available to the worldwide DoD community and offers 24/7 confidential and anonymous support to survivors and their families. The staff offers live and confidential support for victims, families, and other DoD stakeholders. Because the phone lines are anonymous and confidential, they can be used by anyone who would like to talk to someone who understands their situation.

DoD Safe File Transfer Directions

Once you’re finished, click “ok” when a popup appears to confirm that you’re ready to start sending files.
